E tū Job Match is about supporting workers to change or transition fairly to jobs that provide Decent Work.
It also brings together many of the ideas behind our campaigns for social justice, such as the Living Wage, Fair Pay Agreements, Just Transition, and more.
What is Decent Work?
As a union, we define Decent Work according to these four pou (pillars):
