E tū is shaping the future of work, as Southland transitions to a green energy economy.
We are collaborating with local and central government, community, business, iwi, as well as education and training providers, to create a more resilient local economy built on decent jobs for workers.
Decent Work means good incomes, secure jobs, a quality work environment and a voice for workers. Upskilling and retraining, and the support to new employment pathways are all part of what we call a ‘Just Transition’. All these are at the heart of our work in Southland.
